What does an interior architect do?
Well, to answer shortly, everything about an interior in terms of design.
A detailed answer would be that an interior architect is doing everything from helping choosing the materials (existing or not) to designing the whole space, therefore providing a high-quality real solution that suits your needs perfectly.
And how exactly is the process going to happen?
My main mission is to help you bring your ideas to reality.
So, with that in mind, we will start by brainstorming ideas together to actually see it happening.
In between, I will offer you everything you need to create it: detailed floorplans (technical and rendered), realistic renderings, shopping lists, and mood boards if needed.

Throughout the time I've worked with multiple people one-on-one.
My goal is for you to feel like you designed your home or space yourself, to find your personality and your comfort while living in it. After all, you are the beneficiary.

What should I ask at the first meeting?
Don't worry about what you should or should not ask. I will handle all the questions to make your experience more pleasant.
What do I need for an initial consultation with an interior designer?
First of all, you need to be able to provide a floorplan that includes general measurements, heights (general, door, window, floor-window height), plumbing and electrical installations and, if needed, other details that need to be taken into consideration.
Secondly, we will talk about the bigger picture, what would you like to have or see, depending on the chosen space that it's going to be designed (here I will provide a shortlist of questions adjusted to your request).
After all this, I will start working and we will be in touch.
How long will the first meeting last?
All the meetings can last up to 2 hours if needed. The average meetings usually last between 30min - 1:30h via text.
Will I be working one-to-one with you?
Yes, you will be talking to me at all the meetings and conversations. For any extra information don't hesitate to reach out.
How involved in the process will I need to be?
You need to be available to contact in case I have extra questions but besides that, all the meetings (in-chat or video meetings) will be scheduled beforehand so that we can make sure it will happen.
In case something happens and you cannot attend one meeting, there is the possibility of postponing a maximum of 2 meetings.
How long will our project take?
Depending on your request, the duration of the project will be established at the first meeting.
What if I am unhappy with something in your designs?
No matter the issue, you should always tell me about it and we can work it out. I provide the possibility of 2 maximum free revisions. These revisions include anything you want to change, one in the limit of 50% and the other full scene.
If you need extra revisions, these will be available only for an extra fee.
Can you integrate my favorite pieces of furniture or accessories into the design?
Sure! Add to your wish list everything you like and we'll try to make it happen!
What is the sequence of phases that my design project will go through?
There are 4 phases no matter what your project is.
1. Documentation
This is where our first meeting occurs. As previously said, here you should be able to provide detailed floorplans and we'll talk about your ideas, finishes, existing furniture/other details (if this is the case), location, surroundings (photos of the view outside the window), basically everything I need to contour a base starting point.
2. Base renderings
After our first meeting, the second phase will include a clay rendering (see example here), mainly to confirm the accuracy of the 3d model.
This will also serve as an important point for me to continue with the project. If there is something you don't like or feel the need to change, this should be the phase you should give more information about what would you like to see changed in the 3d.
Also, keep in mind that the clay rendering is going to be very minimalistic and it is not even close to the end of the project.
3. Draft renderings
Here I will provide the first renderings and ideas about the detailed space, including a mood board with the finishes and different materials. The draft renderings will have lower quality and a watermark to protect my work.
As specified earlier, here you can use your 2 revisions. If there is anything you would like to change, you can ask for a maximum of 2 revisions for free (one is 50% of the scene and the other one can be a full scene if necessary).
After this feedback, for more revisions, you will need to pay an extra fee.
Note: If you use the draft renderings to complete your project earlier without my permission of using them, our collaboration will stop immediately.
4. Final renderings and files
After all the discussions, I will transfer you an archive including everything you need (from detailed floorplans and renderings to mood boards and shopping lists).
If you also approve, I would like to post here on my website and my Instagram some renderings from your project (possibly modified).
